The psychometric stage is an ability assessment plus a personality profile, and applicants without NCEA Level 2 or 3 literacy also sit an additional literacy assessment, POST, after passing it.
How long should I prepare for?
Three to four weeks of short daily sessions suits most candidates, roughly twenty hours in total. Spacing beats volume on timed reasoning, because what improves is retrieval speed.
