Terms of use

These terms are a plain-language summary of how Asessly works and what we commit to. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and they should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in each market before launch.

1. What Asessly is

Asessly is an independent preparation platform. We provide original practice material, diagnostics, adaptive practice, tutoring and mock assessments designed to help you build the skills that career-entry assessments, licensing tests and professional certifications draw on.

2. What Asessly is not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any organisation responsible for an official assessment unless we explicitly state otherwise on the relevant pathway. We do not provide official examination material. We do not issue licences, credentials or qualifications. Asessly preparation does not replace any mandatory training required for a licence or certification.

3. Readiness scores and results

A readiness score, a diagnostic result and a mock exam score are Asessly preparation metrics. They measure your performance on Asessly content. They are not predictions of any official assessment outcome, and no result on this platform guarantees or indicates a result anywhere else.

4. Your account and content

You may use Asessly content for your own personal preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or use our content to train a model or build a competing product. Sharing account access is not permitted.

5. Payment and access

A Test Pass grants access to a specific pathway for the period stated at the time of purchase. It is a one-off payment and does not renew automatically. Access begins immediately on successful payment.

6. Refunds

If Asessly does not work as described, contact us and we will refund you. Because the diagnostic, readiness score and study plan are free, you can evaluate the substance of the product before paying anything.

7. Content concerns

If you believe any question on Asessly reproduces protected material, infringes a right you hold, or is factually incorrect, contact us with the question reference shown on the item. We maintain a version history and audit trail on every question, and an administrator can archive disputed content immediately while it is investigated.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Asessly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a paid access period is materially affected by an outage, we will extend it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect.
