How to prepare
What actually moves the needle
Cognitive and aptitude assessments are not knowledge tests, which is exactly why the usual revision instincts fail on them. You cannot memorise the content, so the only things that change your performance are familiarity with the question formats, speed on the ones you can already do, and closing the specific gaps that are costing you marks.
That is why preparation here starts with measurement rather than material. The diagnostic tells you which of situational judgement, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning is weakest, your plan spends your time there, and the readiness score tells you whether it is working.
A realistic schedule
Short and frequent beats long and occasional by a wide margin on timed reasoning. Fifteen minutes a day for three weeks does more than three hours on a Sunday, because the thing you are training, pattern recognition under time pressure, consolidates between sessions rather than during them.

Does this replace the required unit standards?
No. A Certificate of Approval requires mandatory training delivered by an approved provider. Asessly is preparation and practice that helps you arrive ready and work confidently. It is not a substitute for that training, and it does not issue any licence or credential.
